Stefanie has devoted her career to family law and in addition to her special certifications, she has experience negotiating and litigating divorces, complex property division, pre and post marital agreements, custody, child support, post-divorce modifications, post-divorce enforcements, adoptions and co-habitation agreements.
Stefanie is a proud supporter of children with special needs. As a parent of twin boys, one with Autism, she recognizes the exceptional challenges involved in raising a child with disabilities. In her practice, she is frequently called upon to address these issues that pertain to special needs children in divorce an custody. Stefanie understands the unique we bot therapies and special education options available for children with special needs and understands the complex legal issues in divorce for special needs kids.
